Recipes in theis excellent cookbook derive from the ethnic groups that make up the Mennonite experience: Pennsylvania German Amish; Swiss Galician; Swiss Volhynian; Netherland Mennonites; West Prussian Mennonites; Polish Mennonites; and Russian (Low German) Mennonites.
